DB’s felt great. I’m thinking I could’ve gone heavier, but I didn’t want to push it since it’s my first workout in a week.
Squats felt even better. I was worried I might have gone to heavy for 20 reps. I was strong all the way through until rep 18. Then my back started giving out and started to lose form. Finished up nicely though.
21-15-9 is the suck. My forearm feels like it’s about to explode. I loved it though. The clean seemed to be harder than the cleans. I’m sure it was just the weight of the KB, but it was a killer workout and I really enjoyed it.

Thanks man. I figured I would be the suck, but everything felt “easier”. In the sense I thought it would all be heavy as hell.
