So.. what would you recommend for a skinny girl who eats 100+g of protein per day, does squats, lunges, pushups, chinups etc ?

It's a big over generalizing that every skinny girl doesn't eat enough protein (all my skinny girl friends eat way more protein than the normal to overweight friends). Also generalizing to say that every skinny girl doesn't want to gain fat. I'd love to have some curves, a soft belly and thighs. Just aint happening yet..

BTW what's wrong with being skinny? 20 years ago I probably would have fit in with society. Now I'm looked at as something to fix. I love how to call a girl fat is considered wrong now, but to call a girl skinny (in an insulting way) is perfectly fine.

That said, I have accepted (and love) how my body looks and don't try to change it. I'd like to carry more weight (fat) in preparation for having kids, and I'd like to be strong and fit, so that's all I'm aiming for now.

start with two-a-days, and if they aren't whipped into shape fast enough, go to three. 5am is best for the early, and the second...I'd do it at 2pm. heat of the day. good for them. oh wait, you said under FOUR. oh, nevermind then.

Marty coached both Chelsea and Zayne's soccer teams! He can give you pointers...but remember at this age the Snack Mom is the most person on the sidelines. : )

So proud of you for coaching!! Go Tanner!!
